DTS Products & Services - Custom Manifolds
As part of our extended support and service DTS has the capabilities of providing custom manifolds.
This service helps us with retro-fitting equipment that is no longer available or repairable.
Our internal engineering team is able to provide a full 3-D model of the manifold or part before machining. This enables us to check clearances, allowable size/envelope and part fitment.
Once this process is completed we can then machine this on our Haas VF-2 CNC Mill. DTS can also complete each part or manifold with the required hardness or finish.
Finishes include anodizing, black oxide, paint or powder coat and plating.
